We are providing MS Garland Carrying Idler products to our clients. Garland Idler are available in 3 or 5 roll configurations to suit required belt width, trough angle and roller spacing. The garland idler design is often more forgiving than the fixed-base troughing idler, due to its chain-like design which allows the belt centre-line and idler centres to move relative to the supporting frame.

Conveyor Idlers are used to carry or convey conveyor belt loaded with bulk material. These carrying idlers are fabricated from different materials such as heavy guage steel tubing or seamless steel tubing, depending upon the requirement and their applications. These idlers are specially designed to provide smooth transition of bulk material for long period of time and are available with impact rings made of special shock absorbing compound. 

We can also design manufacture and supply 5 rollers type idlers. Mounting brackets are manufactured out of standard steel sections to have rigidity and stability of the frame. Shafts are manufactured out of Carbon steel bright steel bars suitable for any torsional load and bending movement.

We provide Angle Impact Idler systems with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below. For added safety, the use of an eye shield and a dust collector is suggested. A shaft holding device is provided as standard to simplify wheel changing.

Carrying Idler:- carrying idler are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame,groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frame.

Impact Idler:- installed on the material-feeding spot to reduce the impulsive force occurred by the falling down material and protect the belt and idlers from damaged.
